Cooksburg School was located on Lot 6 in Cooksburg. It was one of two Rensselaerville District School No. 9 schools, and known as District 19 in an 1853 deed.[1].
Known Teachers
Teachers known to have taught at the Cooksburg School were: Win Patrie, Blanche Clapper, Edward Richmond, Osee Mulbury, Grace Goff, Millie Newman, Elias White, Willard Brezee and Clara Nickerson.[1]
