John L. Palombo was born in 1936, the son of Mrs. Gordon (Leona) Trotter of Averill Park and Harry N. Palombo of Knox and step-son Mrs. Delia Barnish Palombo. His brothers and sisters were:

PALOMBO — June 20, John L. Palombo of Schenectady, husband of Josephine Palombo; father of Christie Baker, Carmela Dalton, Harriet Lynn Palombo, all of Illinois; John L. Palombo, Jr. of Calif., Ida Frances and Julie Ann Palombo, both of Schenectady; son of Mrs. Gordon (Leona) Trotter of Averill Park; brother of Bernice Hart of Albany, Charles A. Palombo of Clifton Park, Carol Warner of West Berne and Donna Ostrander of Knox; grandfather of Derek Baker and Andrea Dalton, both of Illinois; step-son of Mrs. Delia Palombo of Knox; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services were held from Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont, Wednesday, June 23 and St. Lucy's Roman Catholic Church, Altamont. Burial was in High Point Cemetery, Knox. Contributions may be made to St. Clare's Hospital Gift of Life Fund, Schenectady, N.Y. 12309.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Martin of Gibson City, I1L,, announce the engagement of their daughter, Karen Ann, to A-3c John L. Palombo of Chanute Air Force Base in Rantaul, Ill. Airman Palomob is the son of Mrs. Leona Palombo of Knox and Harry Palombo of Township Rd. No date has been set for the wedding.
