- 1787 survey map shows P. Zimmer. That would have been Peter G. Zimmer who md. Elizabeth Casselman. His father, George was from Kumchen, Germany. Peter was born ca. 1749 in Schoharie.[2]
- 1799 Peter Zimmer signed a lease for 206 1/2 acres. [3]
- 1866 Beers map of Knox shows ...
- 1975 Stephen Burgess bought 20 to 25 acres of this lot.
