STEWART - - June 16, LeRoy Stewart, of RD 1, East Berne, husband of Lillian Riley, father of Mrs. Howard (Audry) Stalker, of Berne, brother of William Steward (Stewart) of Knox, grandfather of Pamela Murdock, of Hemlock, N. Y., Wayne Stalker of Ravena, Brian, Penelope and Adam Stalker, all of Berne. Funeral services were held from the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont, Thursday, Rev Peter Berry officiating Interment was at Knox Cemetery

STEWART — Feb. 11, Georgianna Rendo of Knox, wife of the late William Stewart; mother of LeRoy Stewart, East Berne; William Stewart, Knox, and the late Estella Kinum; sister of George Rendo, East Berne; also survived by three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral was held from the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont, Monday afternoon, Rev. James D. Keller officiating. Interment was at Knox cemetery.

Mrs. Georgianna Rendo Stewart 85, of Knox died last Thursday at Albany Medical Center hospital after a long illness.

Rev. James D. Keller officiated at services Monday afternoon at the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont.

Mrs. Stewart is survived by two sons, William Stewart of Knox and Leroy Stewart of East Berne, three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was held Thursday morning at 10:30 from the Bond Funeral Home, Schenectady. Interment at Park View cemetery.

Miss Audrey Ann Stewart, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Stewart of Thompson's Lake, was married to Howard Lawton Stalker, son of Mrs. Flossie Stalker of Berne and Clyde Stalker of Knox, Saturday, Nov. 8th, at St. John's Lutheran church, East Berne. Rev. Russell B. Greene performed the ceremony.

Attendants were Miss Peggy Secor of Altamont aud Harold Lendrum of Berne.

After a wedding trip through New England, they will reside at Berne.

GRETCHEN S. STALKER

The sympathy of the commumty is extended to the family of^ Gretchen Suzanne Stalker, who passed away Thursday morning, Nov 7 (1968), after a short illness Gretchen was the 17-month-old daughter of Mr and Mrs Howard Stalker and the sister of Pamela, Wayne, Brian, Penelope and Adam Stalker She is also survived by her grandparents, Mrs. Flossie Stalker of East Berne arid Mr and Mrs. LeRoy Stewart of Thompson's Lake.

Funeral services were held at St John's Lutheran church in East Berne on Sunday after with the pastor, Rev William F. Howard, officiating. Wayne Stalker served as acolyte and Mrs James Smith was organist Interment was at Knox Cemetery, with her god-father, Rev James D Keller of Rochester officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions were made to St John's Lutheran church Memorial Fund, East Berne.
