Her husband, Victor Scheffel;
 
her son, Walter Weidman; and
 
her step-son, Bruce Scheffel, died
 
before her.
 
Services were held at the New
 
Comer-Cannon Family Funeral
 
Home in Colonie. She was buried
 
in the Rensselaerville Cemetery.
 
Memorial contributions may

Community Church, 1 Chapel

Ruby Scheffel, a woman with varied interests and talents, died on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003, at the Teresian House. She was 91.

"Whatever she did, she was perfect," said her daughter, Carol Lezatte. Mrs. Scheffel was born in Berne, the daughter of the late George and Anna Keyser Silvernail.

Mrs. Scheffel worked at the Watervliet Arsenal,' the Marcy Nursing Home in East Berne, and the former Madison Avenue Bank.
