Hulda (Huildie) Clickman (Clikeman) born 18 MAR 1842 in the Town of Knox, Albany, NY, the daughter of Lawrence Clikeman and Sarah (Sally) Maria Winnie. She was an only child.

Hulda Clickman DeVoe of Thompson's Lake, died at the home of her grandson, Leslie DeVoe, Schenectady, Tuesday evening, November 13, 1923 at 7:45 o'clock.

MRS. HULDA DE VOE DIED AT SCHENECTADY TUESDAY

Mrs. Hulda DeVoe, wife of the late Peter DeVoe, of Thompson's Lake, died at the home of her grandson, Leslie DeVoe, Schenectady, Tuesday evening, Nov. 13th,. at 7:45 o'clock. The funeral was held from the Knox Lutheran church this (Friday) afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. Nasholds of Knox officiated. Interment took place at Thompson's Lake Rural cemetery. Mrs. DeVoe was in her 83rd year and is survived by a son, William De Voe of Schenectady, and a daughter, Mrs. Edna Wright of Los Angeles, Cal. Altamont Enterprise — November 16, 1923

Peter Devoe of Thompson's Lake died last Friday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Emma Wright at Schenectady, age 71 years. Son of the late Henry and Sarah Devoe of East Berne. Altamont Enterprise — November 16, 1928

The many friends of Mrs. Leslie Devoe were shocked to hear of her death, which occurred Sunday morning, Oct. 13. (1918) after an illness of only eight days. The funeral was held from her late home on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 16. Rev. A. V. Patton officiating. The funeral arrangements were in charge of undertaker F. T. Brunk of Voorheesville. William Zimmer, Eli Secor, Laurus Sagendorf and Frank Quay acted as bearers. Interment was in Vale cemetery, Schenectady. Mrs. Devoe is survived by her husband, daughter, Myra Devoe, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Bittinor; one sister, Miss Frieda Bittinor os Schenectady, and one brother, George Bittinor, who is somewhere in Fraaoe. To all we extend our sincere sympathy. Only the week previous the grandfather, Peter Devoe, was buried. Altamont Enterprise — October 25, 1918
