Nathan Chesebro was born on July 5, 1775 at Stonington, New London, CT, a son of Nathaniel Chesebrough and Mary Hallum.

Marriage & Children

On October 12, 1804 in Neversink, Sullivan Co., NY , he married Cynthia Crary who was born on May 21, 1786, a daughter of Thomas Crary and Mehitable Mason. Their known children were:

• Prudence Mary Chesebro b. October 5, 1808 in Sullivan County, married Charles Edwin Dayton
• Mehatible Cynthia Chesebro b. October 25, 1815, married William Thomas Beebe
• Enoch Stanton Chesebro b. May 9, 1806 died 1807

Death

Nathan died on September 18, 1846, Cynthia died on January 16, 1861.

There doesn’t appear to be a copy of a will or Letter of Administration for her husband.
