Birth

William Brate was born in Westerlo[1] at about 1822.

William Brate was actually born on July 10, 1811 and christened on July 28, 1811 at the Presbyterian Church in New Scotland, Albany County, NY, the son of Martin Brate and Betsey Albright.

Marriage & Children

William married Catherine Hungerford, a daughter of Reuben Hungerford and Hannah Angle, at about 1840. They apparently had no children.
