Theodore was born 07/09/1838 per recordings in the Town of Knox and his father was listed as Conrad Batcher.
Marriage & Children
He was married to Margaret Livingston, born 10/19/1843 and died 05/14/1920. Her parents were Alexander Livingston and Mary Ann Warner. They were listed on her death cert. recorded in the Town of Know. Alexander & Mary Ann Livingston were married 11/21/1839 in the town of Guilderland. Theodore & Margaret Livingston Batcher had 4 children:

He waa naturally good natnred in hU association, bring highly esteemed by ail who knew him. He waa kind and oourtsous.and enjoyed the confidence and affections of hia friends, and ever thoughtful and affectionate, was beloved by his family and relation, The service* were held from the Reformed church of Knox, June Slat, the Rev.
