Emma E. Cornwell, wife of Sanford E. Miller, died at her home at Berne, N. Y., aged 52 years and 5 months. She leaves her husband and four children, Mrs. Olive V. Saddlernire, Henry A. Miller, Mrs. Arthur Jansen and Andrew J. Miller, and three grandchildren, Sydney Gladys Saddlemire, Hubert S. Millcr and Maud Evalyn Jansen, and one brother. S. W. Cornwell, and one sister, Mrs. J.
