Seymour W. Armstrong was born in Knox August 23, 1855, the son of James Armstrong and Catherine Ann Williams.
Occupation
He was warden at the Albany Jail in Albany, NY.
Marriage & Children
On December 25, 1877, Seymour married Augusta Olivia Allen (8/5/1851 - 2/5/1937), the daughter of Sylvester Allen and Sarah Bunzey. They had the following children:
