Birth

Ira Lee Williamson was born in Knox on May 1 1858. He was the son of James Williamson and Harriet Torrey.

On December 25, 1879, Ira married Sarah Jane Sturgess in Knox. She was born in Knox, New York on October 18, 1856, and died in Knox on May 9, 1920. She was the daughter of David Wakeman Sturgess and Melinda Swan. They had the following children:

  • Elmira Williamson, b. 05 Aug 1884; d. 09 Apr 1885.
