Silas Blodgett of Stafford, Conn. Commissioned May 1775 Discharged December 1775. Re-entered service 1776 in Captain Elijah Robinson's Company, in the second Regiment. Colonel Joseph Spencer, which served at the siege of Boston Commissioned 1st Lieutenant January 1777. In the second regiment Connecticut Colonel Joseph Charles Webb. which went into camp at Peekskill early in 1977 served along Hudson and on December 8 engaged in action at White March. Lieutenant, in the act of Connecticut Pensioners, Sergeant in Capt. Paul Blodgett's Company from the town of Stafford, in the list of men who marched from the Connecticut town for the relief Boston in the Lexington Claim.
