BERNE — August 30 (1991), Helen Maslowsky Polukort, wife of Peter F. Polukort; mother of Peter P. Polukort of Knox, Susan Lofvers of Altamonte Springs, Fl., Mary Ellen Polukort of Guilderland, Thomas Michael Polukort of Gallupville and Christine Valachovic of Mariaville, N.Y.; sister of Anne Panting of Knox and the late William Maslowsky, Roland Marlow, Michael Twardowsky and Pauline Remmers; grandmother of Jeffrey, Michael and Steven Lofvers and Jacqueline Polukort. Alto survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday from St. Bernadette's R.C. Church, Berne.
Arrangements were made by the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont and interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery Berne.
