Location
The Rensselaerville District School No. 23 was a school of many names. Located on Lot 401 in the Town of Berne just north of the Rensselaerville - Berne town line, it was known as Berne School No. 3, the Peasley School for the Peasley family living in that section, "the Baptist Church School" so called due to it's proximity to the early Baptist Church.
