To: Macy Elizabeth Seaman, individually and as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Emmie Rochefort; residing at 633 W. 113th Street, New York City, N. Y.

Yvonne R. Seaman, residing at 622 W. 113th Street, New York. City, N. Y.

Edward R. Cassidy, brother of William R. Cassidy, deceased, residing at Altamont, N. Y., but last heard from in that part of France occupied by the enemy.

Juliette B. Bevington, mother and residuary legatee of John Clinton Cassidy, deceased, 12 Glenwood Road, Upper Montclair, N. J.

Frances Cassidy Heiner, niece of said William R. Cassidy and one of the residuary legatees under his will; residing at106 East 79th Street, New York City, N. Y.

Leo T. Crowley, Alien Properly' Custodian, l20 Broadway, New York City.

Fidelity and Casualty Company, of New York, 80 Maiden Lane, New York City.

State Safe Deposit Co, 75 State St, Albany, N. Y.

And all others interested in the trust Created under the Will of William R. Cassidy, deceased; late of the City and County Albany, for the benefit of Emmie Rochefort, deceased, as creditors, legatees, next of kin, or otherwise, SEND GREETING:

YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby., Required to show cause before our Surrogate Of the County of Albany, at the Surrogate's Court in the County Court House in the City of Albany, on the 30th day of June, 1943, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day; why the Account of Proceedings of B. JERMAIN SAVAGE, as Successor Trustee of the, said trust should not judicially settled and allowed.
