Arthur Haskell Warner

Birth

Arthur Haswell Warner was born December 25, 1862[1]. He was the son of Francis Warner (September 27, 1829 - January 2, 1913)[1] and Tina Marie Dearstyne (1835 - April 22, 1893)[1] . Tina Marie is also listed as Tine Margaret Deerstein and Tena M. Dearstine on www.FamilySearch.com. His brothers and sisters were:

Arthur Haswell Warner married Minnie Bell Osterhout (August 16, 1863 - August 7, 1931) on November 3, 1859 at Town of Berne, Albany, NY. Minnie Bell Osterhout was the daughter of Jacob Henry Osterhout (April 12, 1824 - January 12, 1912) and Hanna Anna Warner (November 27, 1824 - December 25, 1893). Their children were:

Obituary

Arthur Warner, 75, Dies At Warner's Lake Home

Arthur Warner, 75, member of the pioneer family, which settled the Warner's Lake community, died Monday at his home near East Berne.

He was born in the Town of Knox and spent his entire life in this section. A widely known farmer, he had, at one time, owned considerable property bordering the lake.

Mr. Warner is survived by three sons, Raymond, of Knox; Chester, of East Berne; Luther, Altamont; a daughter, Mrs. Archie Willsie, Berne. His wife, Minnie B. Osterhout, died in 1935.

Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Berne-East Berne Lutheran church. Rev. Russell Greene, pastor, and Rev. W. D. Worman, of Middleburgh, a former Berne pastor, officiated.
