Birth

Stephen was born on August 30, 1812, a son of Stephen Merseles and Nancy Hilton[1]


Marriage & Children

At about 1835 he married Eve_____ who was born at about 1816[1]. They had two children:

  • John Merseles born July 9, 1836 in Knox[1]
  • Allen Merseles born about 1848 in Knox. [1]

Stephen and Eve adoped a child:

  • Amanda Severson who was born at about 1838.

Death

Stephen died between February 16, 1864 and January 3, 1865. Eve survived him.
