DELMAR Morris C. "Pa Dukes" Irons, 76, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012 peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Morris was born on March 22, 1935 in Voorhees-ville and was the son of the late Clyde and Electria (Bivens) Irons. He was also predeceased by his daughter, Deborah Langenbach. He served in the US Army from 1958 to 1962. He worked as a diesel mechanic for HillTop Farms in Clarksville. He was a member of Life in Christ Fellowship Church in Nassau where he played the sticks. He loved the great outdoors where he enjoyed camping, bon fires, and boating. He also enjoyed story telling, NASCAR, WWF and was an animal lover. Morris is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Ann (Rarick) Irons; his loving children, Diane Irons, Christine Schettini and her husband, Vincent Schettini, Morris C. Irons, Jr. (Kate Cummings), Linda Van Natten and her husband, Robert Van Natten, Jo-Ann Irons and her husband, Jon Seelow and Mary Lou Irons (Matthew Thompson); his son-in-law, Earl Langenbach; his cherished grandchildren, Michelle Langenbach (Britt La Salle), James Van Natten, Matthew Van Natten, Thomas Langen-bach, and Cameron Van Natten; and his cherished great grandchildren, Nicholas Langenbach, Austin Langenbach, and Kiera La Salle. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home on Friday. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery in Berne. The wedding of Morris Irons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Irons of this place and Miss Maryann Rarick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rarick of Rarick Road, South Bethlehem, took place on Saturday afternon, May 11, at 2 o'clock in the Reformed church at Feura Bush. The Rev. Arthur Homberg performed the ceremony. The attendants were Miss Jean Winne, cousin of the bride of Feura Bush and Leonard C. Smith Jr of Delmar. Only the immediate relatives and friends were present. The reception followed and was held at Bethlehem Center Inn. After a honeymoon spent in New York and New Jersey, Mr. and Mrs. Irons will make their home on Rarick Road, South Bethlehem.

DELMAR -- Deborah A. Langenbach, 47, of Delmar died Saturday, February 25, 2006 at her home.

Born in Albany on September 17, 1958, she was a lifelong area resident. Deborah served as a worship leader with Living Waters Family Center for over 25 years and served as worship leader for the Angel Band. She dedicated her life to caring for her family and friends. Deborah was the beloved daughter of Morris C. and Mary Ann (Rarick) Irons Sr.; loving wife of Earl T. Langenbach Jr.; devoted mother of Michelle L. and Thomas L. Langenbach; beloved sister of Diane M. Irons, Christine L. Schettini (Vincent), Morris C. Irons Jr., Linda J. Van Natten (Robert), Jo-Ann M. Irons (Jon Seelow) and Mary L. Irons and loving grandmother of Nicholas A. and Austin T. Langenbach.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Solid Rock Church, Kenwood Ave. and Route 32, Glenmont.
