Minnie Harriet Mattice was the daughter of the late Ira Mattice and Elizabeth Salisburg (Eliza Catherine Salsburgh) Mattice. Her siblings were:

Mrs. Floyd Gibbs, 62, Knox, Dies in Hospital

Minnie Harriet Mattice, 62, wife of the late Floyd Gibbs, died yesterday (March 23, 1944) at Albany hospital after a long illness.

A native of the town of Knox, Mrs. Gibbs was the daughter of the late Ira and Elizabeth Salisburg Mattice. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Irving MacMillen,, and Mrs. John L. Hawes, and one son, Albert Gibbs.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Fredendall Funeral home in Altamont, with Rev. Norman VanderHart, pastor of the Knox Reformed church, officiating. The funeral home will be open for the convenience of friends Saturday night from 7 to 9 o'clock. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery, Berne.
