HYMENEAL.

A quiet wedding took place at the home of the bride on West Mountain, Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 1 o'clock, when Mrs. Jessie E. Becker was united in marriage to Albert Irons, of Berne. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. H. Traver, pastor of the Berne Lutheran church. The bride was attired in a suit of smoke-gray broadcloth, trimmed with white lace and silk braid. Mrs. Frank Brownnell, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid and wore a becoming suit of white batiste. Mr. Frank Brownell acted as best man. After congratulations a bounteous dinner was served and enjoyed by all the guests. The afternoon and evening was spent in visiting until a late hour when the guests departed, wishing Mr. and Mrs. Irons a pleasant and happy future.
