Sgt. Arthur B. Hiltsley Jr. of Fort McClellan, Ala., has returned to his home near Altamont. Sgt. Hiltsley was among the selectees released by the Army with the passage of the law relative to selectees 28 years old or over. Hiltsley was inducted into the army last February.

A. B. Hiltsley Dies at 62 in New Mexico

Arthur B. Hiltsley, 62, of Albuquerque, N. M., formerly of Knox, died Sunday (June 7, 1970) in Albuquerque.

Born in Knox, Mr. Hiltsley lived there for several years before moving to New Mexico 10 years ago. He was employed by the Department of Public Works for several years.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Marion Mahar Hiltsley; a son, James Hiltsley, four sisters and three brothers, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 9 a. m. Wednesday at the Holy Cross church in Albuquerque. Burial was also in Albuquerque.

Jimmy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hiltsley of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and another boy were asphyxiated by gas in the Hiltsley homes and found dead in bed. Mr. and Mrs. Hiltsley are former Residents of Knox. They have one other son, John, who is in the service.
