Jacob Haverly was born about 1819[1] in Berne, Albany County, NY.[2][3]

Jacob Henry Haverly was born in Berne in 1817, a son of John J. Haverly and Maria Eliza Dietz

Marriage & Children

Jacob married Susan (Susannah) Allen who was born on July 27, 1821, a daughter of John Allen and Anna Eva Weidman, on January 1, 1846. They lived in Middleburgh. They had the following children:

  • Catherine Haverly b. January 21, 1848
  • Esther Haverly b. August 10, 1851
  • Margaret Haverly b. June 15, 1857
  • Eliza Haverly b. March 7, 1863
