WESTERLO — Robert D. Hannay, of Westerlo, died Monday, July 11,

2005, at his home following a brief illness. He was 64.

Born in Westerlo on April 10,1941, the son of Doris E. (Velle) Hannay

and the late Dwight C. Hannay, he spent most of his life in Westerlo.

Mr. Hannay was married on June 29, 1963, to Marilyn J. (Stark)

Hannay.

He spent six years serving in the

United States Army. National

Guard. He was a member of the
 +
Westerlo Volunteer Fire Department,

the president of the Westerlo
 +
Rural Cemetery Board, a member
 +
of the Helderberg Medical Association

Board, as well as a lifetime
 +
member of the National Rifle Association.-

A 1963 graduate of Philadelphia

He is survived by eight grandchildren; one grandson died before him.

Robert D. Hannay Robert Hannay WESTERLO — Robert D. Hannay, of Westerlo, died Monday, July 11, 2005, at his home following a brief illness. He was 64. Born in Westerlo on April 10,1941, the son of Doris E. (Velle) Hannay and the late Dwight C. Hannay, he spent most of his life in Westerlo. Mr. Hannay was married on June 29, 1963, to Marilyn J. (Stark) Hannay. He spent six years serving in the United States Army. National Guard. He was a member of the Westerlo Volunteer Fire Department, the president of the Westerlo Rural Cemetery Board, a member of the Helderberg Medical Association Board, as well as a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.- A 1963 graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University, Mr. Hannay worked as vice president of marketing at Hannay Reels from 1963 to 1996.
