Albert Freleigh 1893-1966

Birth

Albert was born November 22, 1893, in Greenville in Greene Co., NY[1] to William Freleigh and Sarah Anna Carr. He went by the nickname "Bert"

Occupation

Albert was a farm laborer, and also worked for the Railroad.

Marriage & Children

Albert married Ruth L. Chapman, daughter of John Frederick Chapman and Ellen Frances Wheeler circa 1922. They had three children, Blanche Ellen Freleigh, Elizabeth Jane Freleigh and a baby boy that was stillborn.

Death

Albert died on December 8, 1966, in Veteran's Administration Hospital in Albany, NY at the age of 73. He was buried in Hannacroix Rural Cemetery in Dormansville.

Funeral service Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Cunningham Funeral Home, Greenville, N.Y. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday 7 to 9 p.m. Interment Hannacroix Cemetery, Dormansville, N.Y.
