Michael D. Donahue, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel F. Donahue. Route 1, Bozenkill Rd., Altamont, N.Y., recently was assigned to the 197th Infantry Brigade at Ft. Benning, Ga.

Sgt. Donahue is a demolition specialist with the 72nd Engineer Company of th brigade's 197th Support Battalion. Sgt. Donahue entered the Army in June 1974.
