Birth

Henrich Dietz was the son of Adam H. Dietz, Jr and Annatje Bellinger.[1]

Henrich bp. 1771 Jan 2, Beaver Dam Reformed Church, Rensselaerville. Sponsors were Henrich Dietz and wife Elizabeth Ecker[2] (Henrich's Grandparents).

Henderich, bp. 1771 Jan 20, Schoharie Dutch Reformed Church, s/o Adam Dietz, Jr. and Annaatje. Sponsors: Henrich Dietz & wife[3] (grandparents).

Reverend Johannes Schuyler was minister of the Schoharie Reformed Church and apparently recorded this baptism in the Schoharie Reformed Church records, presumably, after administering baptism at the Beaver Dam Church. Beaverdam would have been about 2 miles from the homestead vs about 10-12 for the Schoharie Reformed Church.
