Robert served in Vietnam.[1]

Delaney meets all three of those requirements. He said he is a Vietnam veteran who has served as a volunteer firefighter in Knox for 20 years and he has worked as building inspector for more than five years. Delaney told "The Enterprise" after Tuesday's meeting that he would "definitely" contest the board's actions.
