Charles D. Combs

Charles D. COmbs, aged 80, who resided with his son, Ralph Combs, at South Berne, died suddenly of heart trouble on Thursday, Jan. 24th (1935)

He was well liked and many will regret his passing. He leaves as survivors two sons, Gerald and Ralph Combs, and three daughters, Mrs. E. M. Jenks, Mrs. E. Winslow and Mildred Combs.

Funeral services were conducted at the M. E. Church at Corinth, Rev. Morgan of the First Baptist church of Corinth officiating. Mr. Combs' father was a minister of the Corinth Baptist church years ago. Floyd Brunk, undertaker, was in charge of funeral arrangements.
