Mr. Clough is survived by his wife, Joan, a son, William K., and two daughters, Laurie B. and Julie A. Clough. [1]

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Clough of Guilderland announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Laurie Beth Clough, to L/Cpl. Christian E. Rasmussen, son of Erik E. Rasmussen of Altamont, and Mrs. Helene Rasmussen of Florida. The engaged couple are graduates of Guilderland Central High school. Miss Clough is employed by the State of New York, Department of Labor. The bridegroom is a lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps, stationed at Cherry Point, N. C. A November wedding is being planned.

Kenneth Clough

KNOX — Kenneth Clough, 69, died Tuesday at his home in Edgewater, Fla.

Born in Albany, Mr. Clough moved to Florida in 1989. He was a retired electrician with General Electric Corporation of Schenectady, and a Navy veteran of World War II, having served in the Pacific Theater.

Mr, Clough was a member of American Legion Post 977 andLodge 2480 in Guilderland, and was a trustee of the East Central Flfc/ida Chapter of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of Ormond Beach, Fla.

He is survived by his wife, Joan; a son, William K. of Knox; two daughters, Laurie B . Segel and Julie A. Backlund, both of Edgewater, a brother, Charles A. Clough of Albany; and grandchildren, Nikki A Maunu, Kari J. Maunu, II and Michael T. Petersen, Jr. all of Edgewater. Memorial contrbutions may be made to the East Central Florida Chapter, Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, POB 623, Ormond Beach, Fla., 32175-0623. Funeral arrangements were by the Settle-Wilder Funeral Home, Edgewater.

EDGEWATER FL -- Kenneth Clough, 69, Rio Grande, Edgewater, FL, died Tuesday at home. Born in Albany, Mr. Clough came to Florida in 1989 from Knox, NY. He was a retired electrician with GE of Schenectady and a Navy veteran of WWII having served in the Pacific Theater. Mr. Clough was a member of American Legion Post #977 and VFW Post #7062 in Altamont; a charter member of Elks Lodge #2480, Guilderland and a Trustee of the East Central Florida Chapter, Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of Ormond Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife, Joan; son, William K., Knox, NY; two daughters, Laurie B. Segel and Julie A. ALBANY -- Charles H. Clough, 84, died Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at his home. Born and educated in Albany, he was the son of the late Charles H. Clough Sr. and Loretta Heintz Clough. He was a World War II Coast Guard veteran. Mr. Clough was a conductor with Amtrak, retiring in 1982. He was an avid collector and dealer of antiques.

Husband of Evelyn Scutt Clough; father of Richard (Marlene) P. Connell of Latham, Carolyn (Juergen) David of Latham, Daniel (Carol) P. Connell of Bethlehem, Michael (Cathy) J. Connell of Castleton and Christine (Robert) Rinaldo of Los Angeles, Calif.; grandfather of Richard, Kathleen, John, Robert, Cynthia, Paul, Daniel, Christopher, Ryan, Kelly, Michael, Melissa and Christina; also survived by 15 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Clough. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. in the Norman E. Dascher Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Sunday 4-7 p.m. Those who wish may send contributions to their favorite charity.
