Education

Military

Henry Bunzer is listed as a soldier who fought in the War of 1812 in History of the County of Albany by Tenney and Howell. They got their information from the source quoted below:

Residence of Applicant: Knox, Albany County, New York
Amount Allowed: $75.00

Index of Awards on the Claims of Soldiers of the War of 1812, New York Adjutant General's Office, Originally published 1860

The Knox Sesquicentennial Booklet probably got their list from History of the County of Albany, so a misspelling in the Pension list carries through. My (John Elberfeld) assumption is that Bunzer is a misspelling of Bunzey
