John Allen was born on September 24, 1783, in Duanesburg, N.Y.. His parents are unknown.

John Allen married first Anna (Hannah) Eva Weidman (8 JUN 1786 - BET 7 JUL 1821 AND 1825), the daughter of William Weidman and Maria Chambers ABT 1806 at probably, Town of Berne, Albany, NY. John was married twice. His first wife was a Weidman, and the second was Elizabeth Zeh. The children[1] of John and Eva were:

Death
