Biography
John Frederick Chapman was born April 13, 1850. It is known he was born in New York, and was located on the 1880 U.S. Census living in Westerlo, and listed as a farmer. John married Ellen Frances Wheeler, a daughter of David Wheeler and Jennete Haines[1] circa 1883, and they had the following children:

Death
John died in January 1918. He was buried in Hannacroix Rural Cemetery in Dormansville with Ellen and children Leonard and Alice.
