Birth
Simeon Guild was born in June of 1833 in Westerlo, NY, the son of Sylvester Guild and Jane[1] Hegaman[2]
Marriage & Children
At about 1855 he married Catherine Robbins a daughter of Horace E. and Elizabeth Robbins, who was born in Berne, NY in March of 1838[3]. After the war, they removed to Greenville, NY. They had 5 children all of whom were living in 1900.[4]
Occupation
Simeon was a house painter[4] He was a member of the C.Swaine Evans Post, 580, G.A.R. and served as an officer in that organization.[5]
