Lieutenant Landauer, a naval pilot, is presently stationed at the U. S. Naval Base at Alemeda, Calif., after service in the Pacific. - December 24, 1945

Announcement is made of the engagement of Miss Marianner Louise Gilroy, daughter of J. Herbert Gilroy, 1923 Baker, and the late Mrs. Gilroy, to Lt. (j.g.) Louis Landauer, USNR, son of Mr. and Mrs. August Landauer of Altamont, N. Y.

Miss Gilroy is a senior at the College of St. Rose, Albany, where she is majoring in nursing. Lieutenant Landauer, a naval pilot, is presently stationed at the U. S. Naval Base at Alemeda, Calif., after service in the Pacific.

Nurse's Funeral Conducted Today

The funeral of Mrs. Marianne Landauer, a registered nurse, was held today from the Robert F. Dufresne Funeral Home, Latham, and from St. Ambrose Church, where a Requiem High Mass was celebrated by Ray Francis J. Hartigan.

Bearers were Nelson Hazard, James Bottum, John Hooker, John Van Wie, Anthony Andi and Vincent Barr. Interment was in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna, where Father Hartigan officiated.
