Died DECKER - July 20, Russell E. Decker, formerly of East Greenbush and Middletown (Orange Co.), husband of Pearl Leona Filkins (born in Berne); father of Ronald E. of Middletown and Wayne R. of South Hadley, Mass.; two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one cousin also survive.
