Charlotte was born on November 2nd 1843, daughter of James Dyer and Mary Margaret Engle.
Marriage & Children
Charlotte was the second wife of William Wilcox. They were married Oct. 11, 1864 in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Berne, and had two children.
Death
She died on November 29th 1912.
