William Harrison Canull was born about 1842 to Henry Canull (B. abt 1792, D. after June 1, 1865) and his wife Elizabeth Hilligas (B. abt 1816, D. unk).[1] He was one of ten children.[1]

Death
He died on August 11, 1863, of typhoid fever in Baltimore and was buried in a cemetery there.[4] He apparently never married and left no offspring.[1]
