The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. H. Traver, pastor of the Berne Lutheran church. The bride was attired in a suit of smoke-gray broadcloth, trimmed with white lace and silk braid. Mrs. Frank Brownnell, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid and wore a becoming suit of white batiste. Mr. Frank Brownell acted as best man. After congratulations a bounteous dinner was served and enjoyed by all the guests. The afternoon and evening was spent in visiting until a late hour when the guests departed, wishing Mr. and Mrs. Irons a pleasant and happy future. | ||

A quiet wedding took place at the home of the bride on West Mountain, Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 1 o'clock, when Mrs. Jessie E. Becker was united in marriage to Albert Irons, of Berne.
