Birth
Thomas was born at about 1764[1].
Marriage & Children
At about 1792 he married Elizabeth ____ who was born at about 1772. They had the following known children:
- Augustus Pinckney born in 1799 or 1800
- Maria Pinckney born about 1802 married Amos Whipple
- Abigail Pinckney was born on September 23, 1804, she married Charles Chesebro
- Hiram Elijah Pinckney was born at about 1808, he died in 1840. He was a physician
- Edward Pinckney was born about 1812, he died in 1836
- Adelia Pinckney was born at about 1814, she died in 1833
- Rachel Emeline Pinckney married Benjamin Van Auken, died before 1836
- Josiah Pinckney, died before 1836. Left behind 2 daughters
- Clarissa Pinckney, married Joseph Blanchard, died before 1836
- Philena Pinckney
Occupation
Thomas was employed in the legal profession, probably a lawyer.
Death
Thomas died on October 28, 1836 and was buried at the Quay Road Cemetery in Knox. Elizabeth died on September 7, 1845 and was buried beside him.
