Howard Skinner was born 10 JUN 1897, the son of John A. Skinner (1865 - 1912) and Flora L. Vincent (31 MAY 1872 - 14 APR 1899)[1]

Mr. Skinner was for many years a farmer in upper Switzkill and later was a director of the Farmers' Fire Insurance Association of East Durham.

Howard Skinner married Frances Deitz. Their children were:
- Kenneth H. Skinner of Schoharie
- Mrs. Paul (Verna) Brooks of Flushing
- Allyn Skinner of Schenectady.

HOWARD SKINNER
Howard Skinner of R. D. 1, East Berne, died in Pasadena, Fla. on Mar. 25. He was the husband of the late Frances Deitz and father of Kenneth H. Skinner of Schoharie, Mrs. Paul (Verna) Brooks of Flushing, and Allyn Skinner of Schenectady. He is also survived by seven gradchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held from the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont Wednesday afternoon, with Rev. Peter Berry officiating. Interment, South Berne cemetery.
