At about 1867, Cornelius married Catherine _____ who was born at about 1841 and they moved to Rensselaer County where they lived out their lives. They had the following children:

Death
Cornelius died in 1917 and was buried at the Mountain View Cemetery in Castleton, Rensselaer Co., NY, Catherine died in 1920 and is buried beside him.
