VIRGINIA BEACH, VA -- Justin P. `Dusty` Mullaney, of Virginia Beach, formerly of Westerlo, died Friday at Brandon, FL, after a long illness. `Dusty` was born in Schenectady and was a graduate of Siena College. He was manager of Fireman's Fund Insurance in Colonie for 22 years, retiring in 1987. He was previously employed at Continental Insurance and American Insurance. Dusty was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, serving in the 398th Bomb Group, Eighth Air Force in the European Theatre. He served as president of Next Step, Inc. and was a 25 year member of Friends of Bill and Lois W. Mr. Mullaney is survived by his wife, Phyllis. He was predeceased by brothers, Dudley, Kevin and Gerald Mullaney. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday morning at 9:15 at the Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union Street, Schenectady and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church, Lafayette Street at 10 o'clock. Friends are invited to attend the viewing hours which will be held Monday 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
