He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, a member of Clark White Post 589 American Legion, the Rensselaerville Rod and Gun Club and the Rensselaerville Volunteer Fire Co. Mass of Christian Burial was held August 22 at St. John the Baptist Church, Greenville, with interment in the Rensselaerville Cemetery. Clark White Post 589 conducted services at the Cunningham Funeral Home Friday evening. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Robert (Marie) Vogue of Stratford, Connecticut; three brothers--William Kuhar of Berne, and John and James Kuhar, both of Rensselaerville; five nieces; four nephews; two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
