Obituary
PHYLLIS L. MASON
KNOX — Phyllis L. Mason, 61, died Nov 6 at her home in Knox following a long illness. She was born in York, Pa, and moved to Knox in 1977.
She graduated from the Bryn-Mawr School of Nursing in Philadelphia; and served as a nurse in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. She was active in the Domino and Volvo tennis leagues throughout the Capital District.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald A. Mason:; one son, Jeffrey A. Mason, and one daughter, Margaret L. Mason, both of Knox; her mother, Helen L. Sieker of Albany and two grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 4.p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Altamont Reformed Church, arrangements were by Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont.
Memorial contributions may be made to the East Berne or Berne rescue squads or the American Cancer Society.
