Willard John Osterhout was born February 9th, 1940 in Albany, New York. Son of Osterhout, DeForest(Bud) and Helen Brownell
Education
Willard graduated from Voorheesville Central School in 1957 and Hudson Valley Technical Institute in 1959 with a degree in Electrical Technology.
Occupation
Willard was an iron-worker for seven years, assistant office manager for United Paper Makers and Paper Workers in Albany, New York for three years, Laborer in the Village of Voorheesville for five years, and the Town of New Scotland for twenty years.

Willard John Osterhout married Jerrine Margaret Kane on February 19th, 1966 in Albany, New York. Their marriage produced four daughters: Laura Jerrine, Amy Lyn, Teri Lee, and Stacy Elizabeth.
Death

Willard John Osterhout served in the United States Navy, in the years of 1960-1961. Willard entered the Navy as a Naval Aviation Cadet, class 1260, at Pensacola, Florida. He was discharged from the regular Navy in 1961, and served an additional four years in the Naval reserves, in Albany New York.
