Philo LaGrange was born in 1879. He was the step-father of:
- Theodore Quay of East Berne
- Willis Quay of Knox who married Pauline Sand.

Mr. LaGrange, whose home was in Knox, was a school bus driver for several years, so he was well known to both children and parents.

Obituary
Philo LaGrange passed away on Sept. 53, (1967) in his 88th year. Mr. LaGrange, whose home was in Knox, was a school bus driver for several years, so he was well known to both children and parents. Interment was in Vale cemetery Tuesday afternoon. He is survived by a brother who lives in California; also nieces arid nephews in Schenectady. He was the stepfather of Theodore Quay of East Berne and the late Willis Quay of Knox.
