Use this template for transferrring bios. Enter the person's first, middle, and last names and click Create Page - the template will be included in subsequent page with instructions.
Please enter the persons name in this order: first name middle name last name and click 'create page'. DO NOT USE RANKS IN NAMES
For a woman, please use her MAIDEN NAME.
