Birth
Millard Stevens was born 9 JUL 1888 in the Town of Knox, Albany, NY, the son of Clarence E. Stevens and Elizabeth Ellen Quay (1 APR 1850 - 17 FEB 1937), the daughter of Albert Quay and Susan M. Coe. His siblings were: [1]

Death
Millard Stevens died July 20, 1951.
Obituary
Millard Stevens was killed last Friday morning when he was struck by an automobile, while on his way to the home of his niece, Mrs. Wallace Quay. He lived only a few minutes after the accident. Dr. D. W. Sweeney attended him. The body was taken to the Fredendall Funeral home, where services were held Monday afternoon. A large number attended the viewing Sunday evening, also the funeral service Monday. Mr. Stevens is survived by his wife Lulu, one stepson, Wagar Nichols; brothers, Frank, Lucius, Everett and Webster Stevens; sisters, Mrs. Minnie Hunt of Tennessee, Mrs. Leola K. Smith of Altamont R. D., Mrs. Ida Wagoner and Mrs. Byron Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Interment was at Knox cemetery.
