In 1793 they moved to Schoharie County, NY. and by 1800 resided in Providence, Saratoga County, NY. By 1818 they were living in Hadley, NY. They may have moved there to help their son Aaron (who had just lost his wife) raise his seven children. While living in Hadley, Silas applied for his Revolutionary War pension.
